We had gotten good recommendations of them from home owners around the Hillsboro area that worked with him, so when we met with Robert to discuss our goals and needs, we could tell that they were someone that we would want to work with. We had spoke with Robert before we started our search for a home, because we had questions on what we would need before beginning that process and he was able to take time aside to answer the questions we had and help us better plan and prepare. After several months, we had saved up enough to where we were ready to start looking for a home and Robert was very helpful in making sure that we were not getting into anything that was not within the budget that we were setting for ourselves.
