We had gotten good recommendations of them from home owners around the Hillsboro area that worked with him, so when we met with Robert to discuss our goals and needs, we could tell that they were someone that we would want to work with. We had spoke with Robert before we started our search for a home, because we had questions on what we would need before beginning that process and he was able to take time aside to answer the questions we had and help us better plan and prepare. After several months, we had saved up enough to where we were ready to start looking for a home and Robert was very helpful in making sure that we were not getting into anything that was not within the budget that we were setting for ourselves. We must have sent him several home listings during our search, and sometimes various ones in the same day, at different hours of a day, asking about the cost sheets for each one, and what they would be for different loans, or if we adjusted our offer, and we would always get such a quick response back from him on what the cost sheet would look like, which was SO very helpful to our process and overall experience.
