My husband and I recently started the journey to find a new home. This is not our first homebuying experience, and the “lending experience” in the past was less than desirable. We definitely had our defenses up and were gritting our teeth at the thought of the process. (You know how it goes, it feels a bit like a used car sale-where you never know if you’re actually getting the best deal or not). Well, this time it was different!
