We had gotten good recommendations of them from home owners around the Hillsboro area that worked with him, so when we met with Robert to discuss our goals and needs, we could tell that they were someone that we would want to work with. We had spoke with Robert before we started our search for a home, because we had questions on what we would need before beginning that process and he was able to take time aside to answer the questions we had and help us better plan and prepare. After several months, we had saved up enough to where we were ready to start looking for a home and Robert was very helpful in making sure that we were not getting into anything that was not within the budget that we were setting for ourselves. We must have sent him several home listings during our search, and sometimes various ones in the same day, at different hours of a day, asking about the cost sheets for each one, and what they would be for different loans, or if we adjusted our offer, and we would always get such a quick response back from him on what the cost sheet would look like, which was SO very helpful to our process and overall experience. Robert was always kind and willing to answer any questions that we had and provide very good explanations to anything we wanted to have clarified. Now we too, along with the others who first referred us to Robert Groves, would defiantly recommend him to others who are also looking to have a similar great home buying experience.

My husband and I recently started the journey to find a new home. This is not our first homebuying experience, and the “lending experience” in the past was less than desirable. We definitely had our defenses up and were gritting our teeth at the thought of the process. (You know how it goes, it feels a bit like a used car sale-where you never know if you’re actually getting the best deal or not). Well, this time it was different! From the first time we talked to Kamila, we knew that she was unlike any other lending professional we had encountered. We knew immediately that we had found the person to help us into our new home. Kamila was there to help every step of the way-She was “Johnny on the spot” in every situation. Her communication was timely and stellar.
