My husband and I recently started the journey to find a new home. This is not our first homebuying experience, and the “lending experience” in the past was less than desirable. We definitely had our defenses up and were gritting our teeth at the thought of the process. (You know how it goes, it feels a bit like a used car sale-where you never know if you’re actually getting the best deal or not). Well, this time it was different! From the first time we talked to Kamila, we knew that she was unlike any other lending professional we had encountered. We knew immediately that we had found the person to help us into our new home. Kamila was there to help every step of the way-She was “Johnny on the spot” in every situation. Her communication was timely and stellar. She quickly helped us through the process of getting pre-qualified, so that once we were ready to look at homes, we were “locked and loaded” and ready to offer(So important in the current environment where houses are “pending sale” within a day or two of listing). She also anticipated rate increases and was able to get us locked in at a lower rate. We were so thankful for this advice, because as she had anticipated, the rates jumped significantly a few days later!
