I ended up applying to be prequalified to start the homebuying process and Brian had anticipated the rates would go up; he was able to secure me a rate before this happened, which was good because by the time I closed, rates had increased. Throughout the whole process, I didn't feel rushed or pushed to do anything, and when it was time to make a purchase, Minuteman Mortgage was very fast in taking care of the lending side of things. I closed early with a rate lower than the current rates, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome and my experiences working with Minuteman Mortgage.
